A luxury project in Pune with a potential income of ₹2,700 cr is unveiled by Birla Estates.

The project will be carried out in stages, with Phase 1 including 500 units and two buildings. According to the business, Birla Punya, one of Pune's tallest residential developments, intends to meet the city's rising demand for upscale residences, which is being fueled by its robust IT environment and developing infrastructure. The property, which is situated in Central Pune, has easy access to important locations such as the Mula-Mutha Riverfront, Shivaji Nagar, Koregaon Park, and Pune International Airport. According to the firm, Birla Punya will have more than fifty top-notch amenities, such as a riverfront promenade, a rooftop retail village with outdoor dining, and sustainable elements including solar energy use, rainwater collection, and effective waste management systems.
