After 13 years, JSW Energy Finance Director Pritesh Vinay steps down.

After 13 years with the company, JSW Energy announced on Monday that its Director (Finance), Pritesh Vinay, has resigned to seek career prospects outside the JSW Group. According to the corporation, Vinay will stay in his current position until December 31, 2025, in order to facilitate a seamless transfer and give the board enough time to finish the succession process. JSW Energy stated that company has started looking for a suitable replacement, assessing both internal and external candidates, in a filing to the exchanges. The business also stated that after the selection is complete, the appointment's specifics will be made public.
