Arvind SmartSpaces acquires new residential high-rise project in Gujarat with top-line potential of ₹400 crore

On Friday, November 28, Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd. announced that it had purchased a new residential high-rise project in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, with an estimated 2.6 lakh square feet of saleable space. It stated that the project has been purchased outright and has a top-line potential of ₹400 crore. The company's 24th project in Gujarat will be this one.
