CDSL Q1

The Central Depository Services (India) Limited. (CDSL) reported demat custody of ₹79 lakh crore in the first quarter of the financial year 2026. It reported demat custody of ₹71 lakh crore in the fourth quarter of FY25 and ₹74 lakh crore in the first quarter of last fiscal. A total of 57 lakh net accounts were opened in the June quarter, in comparison to 64 lakh in the previous quarter and 99 lakh in the first quarter of last fiscal.
