Cigarette companies boast about their impressive Q1 results.

Resilient volumes, ongoing premiumization, and innovations propelled Indian cigarette manufacturers to a great performance in the June-ending quarter, with numbers above street projections. Even though the Indian stock market is still extremely volatile, the positive results also caused a significant increase in their shares. Owning the cigarette brands Cavanders, Red & White, and Four Square, Godfrey Phillips produced strong domestic cigarette sales volume growth in Q1 FY26, increasing monthly sales to 1,903 million from 1,497 million in Q1 FY25.
