Despite promoter stake selling, the price of PVR INOX shares is somewhat higher.

The price of PVR Inox's stock increased by more than one percent on Friday. On the BSE, PVR Inox shares increased by as much as 1.44% to ₹974.20 per. Stock markets were notified by PVR Inox that one of its promoters was selling their ownership position in the business. On March 20, PVR Inox promoter Nayana Bijli declared in a regulatory filing that he had sold a sizable portion of PVR Inox Ltd.'s equity shares. Promoter Nayana Bijli stated, "I am making this disclosure to inform that I have sold 54,000 equity shares of the Company in accordance with Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011."
