Diamond Power bags ₹236 crore order from Adani Energy for Jamnagar project

Adani Energy Solutions Limited sent Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited a letter of intent on Friday to deliver 5,403 kilometers of AL-59 Zebra Conductor for the Jamnagar Project. According to the company's exchange filing, the order is worth ₹236.71 crore, including taxes, and it must be completed by June 30, 2026. Given the extensive needs of the Jamnagar project, the award is given on a kilometer-rate basis using price variation formulas. Diamond Power made it clear that its promoter group has no stake in Adani Energy and that the deal does not amount to a related party transaction.
