On Thursday, November 27, real estate business Lodha Developers Ltd (previously Macrotech Developers Ltd) announced that the Supreme Court of India has approved the return of the full ₹520.80 crore that the company had put down as security against claims against V Hotels Ltd. Lodha Developers will receive their money back plus any interest that has accumulated. Lodha Developers' status as the legitimate successful Resolution Applicant for V Hotels with a rightful stake in its property is upheld by the court judgment.
