On Wednesday, March 19, NBCC (India) Ltd announced that 1,046 residential units at Aspire Centurian Park in Greater Nodia had been sold through an online auction. About ₹2,353 crore was the overall sale price. The Mahatma Gandhi Institute for Rural Industrialization in Wardha awarded the company a contract worth ₹44.62 crore. In addition to a hostel and VIP guest house, the scope of work would involve managing the facility's infrastructure development and construction. The engineering, procurement, and construction modes will all be affected. The contract is a component of the business's continuous operations in the field of project management.
