In a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges, Paisalo Digital stated, "This is to inform that the company's $48 million 7.5% Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) due 2029 (ISIN-XS2952463086) have been listed on the AFRINEX Securities List "ASL" of AFRINEX Limited with effect from March 24, 2025." A small-cap NBFC, Paisalo Digital provides financial services such as income, business, and mobility loans. In order to provide loans to priority industries, it has teamed with banks such as Union Bank of India. Major foreign investors in the NBFC include the Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) of India, SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd., and the State Bank of India (SBI).
