HDFC Bank - New Rules

HDFC Bank will change its lounge access policy for Tata Neu Infinity credit cardholders starting June 10, 2025. Cardholders will no longer get domestic lounge access by swiping their cards. Instead, they must spend ₹50,000 in a calendar quarter to earn lounge vouchers. Once a cardholder meets the spending milestone, HDFC Bank will send lounge vouchers through SMS and email. These vouchers must be claimed within 120 days and can be used at eligible lounges within 180 days. The bank allows up to eight complimentary domestic lounge visits in a year, limited to two per quarter. To check if they qualify for lounge access, users can log in to HDFC NetBanking or the MobileBanking app. They should go to the credit card section, select their Tata Neu Infinity card, and click on 'Redeem Reward Points' to open the Rewards Portal.
