How many freshmen are IT majors hiring in FY26 at TCS, Infosys, and Wipro?

Indian IT behemoths TCS, Infosys, and Wipro have hired thousands of workers to their payrolls, reversing the downward hiring trends of FY24, according to earnings commentary from the companies' management. The two top IT companies in India, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Infosys, have pledged to increase their hiring of new hires in FY26; however, their rival Wipro stated that they will exercise caution in the next fiscal year.
