GODREJPROP
According to Managing Director & CEO Gaurav Pandey, Godrej Properties is aiming for a 20% increase in bookings for 2025–26 (FY26), bolstered by a solid collection forecast and consistent execution momentum. "Despite a high base, we anticipate delivering ₹21,000 crore in collections over an actual ₹17,000 crore of last year. We would like to guide the market at ₹32,500 crore of sales." In a post-earnings interview with CNBC-TV18, Pandey stated, "The goal is to be very aggressive on our growth." From January to March 2025 (Q4FY25), the real estate company's net earnings dropped 19% year over year to ₹382 crore. While profits before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) decreased 10% from the prior year, revenue increased 49% to ₹2,122 crore for the quarter.
