IndiGo reports that network connection is back on track and daily flights have recovered to over 1,500.
INDIGO As part of its continuous attempts to recover from recent disruptions, domestic carrier IndiGo said on Saturday, December 6, that it has resumed daily operations to nearly 1,500 flights. After canceling a large number of flights in order to restart its network, systems, and rosters, the airline reported operating just over 700 flights yesterday, connecting 113 destinations.
"The primary goal was to restart the network, systems, and rosters so that we could start afresh today with a higher number of flights, improved stability, and there are some early signs of improvement," an IndiGo representative stated. By the end of the day, we will have operated more than 1,500 flights.
