Inox Green Energy's upcoming IPO is worth USD 12 billion. INOXGFL Group intends to list its fifth entity on the stock market.

INOX Clean Energy is a comprehensive renewable platform that includes an Independent Power Producer (IPP) platform and solar manufacturing, including cells and modules.

The group hopes to strengthen its position in India's renewable energy industry with the IPO. Four companies in the INOXGFL Group are currently listed on exchanges: Inox Wind Ltd., a major wind turbine manufacturer in India; Inox Wind Energy Ltd., the holding company that is presently merging with Inox Wind Ltd.; Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd., the flagship chemical company creating products for battery materials; and Inox Green, the listed O&M company of the renewable arm.
