JP Morgan's target price increase causes Tata Steel's share to soar.
After brokerage firm JP Morgan increased the stock's target price while keeping its "overweight" rating, the price of Tata Steel's shares jumped as much as 1.54 percent during Thursday's trading session.
The price of Tata Steel's shares on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) was ₹152.85 per share at 9:25 a.m. In more than a month, Tata Steel's stock has increased by more than 11.23 percent.
Over the next 12 months, JP Morgan has set a new target price of ₹180, indicating a potential gain of more than 20% from present levels. TATASTEEL
