Jubilant FoodWorks receives a slight reduction in the revised income tax demand.

JUBLFOOD
Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd, which operates fast-food chains Domino's Pizza and Dunkin' Donuts in India, on Friday (December 5) said it has received a rectification order from the Income Tax Department, decreasing the previously announced tax claim for FY21 from ₹216.19 crore to ₹190.21 crore. On December 4, 2025, the correspondence was received. The company stated that the new tax demand still ignores its arguments and that the correction order was issued in spite of its thorough submissions. In this case, Jubilant FoodWorks has already submitted an appeal. It reaffirmed that after the redressal process is over, the contested tax demand is probably going to be removed.
