According to the firm, Godrej Regal Pavilion has a 4.14 million square foot developable potential and an estimated ₹3,600 crore in revenue potential. The project is situated in Hyderabad's Rajendra Nagar, a developing neighborhood. The location is close to the airport and offers convenient access to the Outer Ring Road. "This outcome reflects the rising preference for trusted, branded residences and Hyderabad's strong growth potential," Gaurav Pandey, the MD and CEO of Godrej Properties, stated.
