For the bonus issue of shares that the business previously announced, today is the record date. This implies that the bonus share issue will be available to shareholders who held Pidilite Industries shares in their demat accounts as of Monday's closure. Individuals who buy shares today will not be qualified. Along with the release of its June quarter results, Pidilite Industries had announced a 1:1 bonus issue.
