STOCK IN NEWS - ADANI GREEN

On Saturday, March 29, Adani Green Energy Ltd announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Adani Renewable Energy Fifty Seven Ltd had put into operation a 37.5 MW incremental solar power project in Khavda, Gujarat. The company also reported that on March 27, Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd (UPPCL) awarded a major project to its wholly-owned subsidiary Adani Renewable Energy Holding Twelve Ltd. The judgment gives the Adani subsidiary the 25-year right to provide UPPCL with 400 MW of solar power. A grid-connected solar photovoltaic (PV) power facility that is being developed in Rajasthan would provide the solar power. A fixed price of ₹2.57 per kWh has been set for the power supply.
