Jayesh Sanghrajka, the CFO of Infosys, stated during the earnings press conference that the second-largest IT company in India intends to add around 20,000 new employees in FY26. "We anticipate employing more than 20,000 new hires," he stated. Infosys had stated that it would hire up to 20,000 new hires in FY25, which was less than its goal for FY26. More than 3.23 lakh professionals work for the organization. Infosys announced a 199-person increase in staff during the fourth quarter, which concluded on March 31, 2025.
