In FY26, TCS plans to hire thousands of new hires. In keeping with the hirings from the previous fiscal year, TCS is now hiring 42,000 new hires this fiscal year, according to Chief Human Resource Officer Milind Lakkad during the company's earnings press conference. TCS also disclosed that in FY25, it implemented 1.1 lakh promotions. In contrast to usual April yearly increment cycle, TCS postponed this year's pay increase.
