The highest bidder for a Hyderabad land plot with potential revenue of ₹4,150 crore is Godrej Properties.

On Monday, December 1, Godrej Properties Ltd. shares are under scrutiny after the Mumbai-based real estate giant announced that it was the top bidder for a 5-acre plot of property in Neopolis, Kokapet, Hyderabad. On the property parcel with 2.5 million square feet of saleable area and an estimated revenue potential of ₹4,150 crore, the company has proposed a high-end residential development project. The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) held an online auction for the land lot, in which Godrej Properties took part. Following the proper procedure, HMDA will issue the allotment letters.
