Venus Pipes Q1 results 2025

The Gujarat-based manufacturer of stainless steel pipes recorded ₹276.4 crore in Q1 revenue, up 15.1% from ₹240.1 crore during the same time the previous year. Nevertheless, net profit decreased from ₹27.5 crore in Q1FY25 to ₹24.8 crore, a 9.8% decrease. Even while revenue increased, EBITDA fell 6.5% to ₹44.9 crore, which caused the margin to shrink from 20% in Q1FY25 to 16.2%. Profitability was impacted by higher personnel costs, higher expenses, and a smaller contribution from welded pipes. PAT decreased by 10% annually.
