With effect from April 10, Pidilite names Sudhanshu Vats as Managing Director.

Following a meeting today, April 1st, 2025, Pidilite Industries Limited, a prominent producer of adhesives, sealants, and construction chemicals, announced significant changes to its Board of Directors. The business declared that Sudhanshu Vats would take over as managing director on April 10, 2025. Previously named Managing Director Designate, Vats will now formally take over the position. Furthermore, with effect from April 10th, 2025, Kavinder Singh, who was formerly the Joint Managing Director Designate, has been appointed as the Joint Managing Director.
