Adani Green Boosts Capital with ₹1,209 Cr from Promoter Warrant Conversion

ADANIGREEN
has strengthened its balance sheet by raising ₹1,208.59 crore through the conversion of 1.08 crore warrants into equity shares by promoter group entity Ardour Investment Holding. The shares were issued at ₹1,480.75 each, leading to an increase in the paid-up capital from ₹1,624.71 crore to ₹1,635.60 crore, and the promoter holding rose from 61.91% to 62.17%. Ardour still holds another 1.15 crore warrants, which can be converted before July 24, 2025. This move comes alongside a strong Q4FY25 showing, with net profit rising 53% YoY to ₹230 crore, revenue up 20.8% at ₹3,053 crore, and EBITDA jumping 30% to ₹2,382 crore. The company’s improved EBITDA margin of 78% (vs 72.6% YoY) reflects better operational efficiency and scale from its expanding renewable portfolio. This fund infusion is likely to support future growth while keeping leverage in check. Follow me for more such updates, Thank You!
