Amber Enterprises Expands Electronics Manufacturing with Oppo Partnership and Strong Q4 Performance
Amber Enterprises India Ltd. ($AMBER) has strengthened its presence in the electronics manufacturing space by entering into a partnership with Oppo Mobiles India to manufacture smartphones for the Oppo, OnePlus and Realme brands in India. The collaboration aims to boost local production by combining the brands’ product expertise with Amber’s manufacturing capabilities, supply-chain strengths and value-addition initiatives, with plans for a gradual ramp-up and potential future opportunities. Alongside this strategic development, the company delivered a strong Q4 FY26 performance, reporting a net profit of ₹134 crore, up 15.3% from ₹116.07 crore a year ago and above market estimates of ₹129 crore. Revenue from operations rose 10.5% to ₹4,147.52 crore from ₹3,753.7 crore, although it was slightly below expectations of ₹4,238 crore. EBITDA increased 21.5% to ₹358.23 crore from ₹294.76 crore in the previous year and exceeded estimates of ₹330 crore. The partnership with leading smartphone brands and the company’s strong earnings performance highlight Amber Enterprises’ growing role in India’s electronics manufacturing ecosystem and its ability to support global brands with scale, quality and operational efficiency.
