Amber Enterprises: Scheme approval strengthens local components push

said its step-down subsidiaries Ascent-K Circuit Pvt. Ltd. and Shogini Technoarts Pvt. Ltd. have received formal approval under the Electronics Components Manufacturing Scheme, as disclosed via a regulatory filing. The company positions this as a milestone in expanding its domestic electronics manufacturing footprint and aligning with India’s Atmanirbhar Bharat (self-reliance) objectives. ​ The approval was granted in the presence of Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw and senior officials from the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, indicating policy support for scaling local component ecosystems.
