has announced plans to acquire the International Finance Corporation’s 31% stake in Apollo Health and Lifestyle Ltd (AHLL) for ₹1,254 crore, increasing its holding to 99.42%, with the balance 0.58% under ESOP. AHLL, which reported a turnover of ₹1,553.5 crore in FY25, operates in primary care, diagnostics, women’s health, dialysis, and dental services.
The transaction, subject to regulatory approval, is expected to close by November 2025 and is aimed at strengthening Apollo’s integrated healthcare platform. In parallel, the company has approved an investment of ₹573 crore to establish a next-generation oncology centre in Gurugram, featuring advanced Proteus One Proton Beam Therapy and capacity to treat an additional 350 patients annually, with the facility targeted for completion within four years.
