AWL Agri and Shree Renuka Sugars Join Hands to Expand ‘Madhur’ Brand Across India
AWL Agri Business Ltd has entered into a strategic partnership with $RENUKA to strengthen its packaged foods business and expand its presence in the branded sugar segment through the well-known “Madhur” brand. Under the agreement, Shree Renuka Sugars will license its flagship “Madhur” brand to AWL Agri, while AWL will manage the sales, marketing and distribution of refined sugar products across India using its strong pan-India distribution network and marketing capabilities. The arrangement also includes a mutually agreed royalty structure between both companies. In addition to scaling the “Madhur” brand, the partnership could also help AWL expand the reach of its “Fortune” products by leveraging Shree Renuka Sugars’ existing distribution network over time. The collaboration reflects AWL Agri’s strategy to strengthen its Food & FMCG portfolio and accelerate growth in the packaged foods category, while Shree Renuka Sugars aims to unlock the next phase of growth for the “Madhur” brand through AWL’s large-scale retail and distribution ecosystem.
