Bajaj Finserv to Gain Full Ownership of Insurance Arms; Allianz to Exit Non-Compete

BAJAJFINSV
and its promoter entities are set to acquire Allianz’s 26% stake in Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance and Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, securing 100% ownership in both companies. Chairman Sanjiv Bajaj confirmed that Allianz will be released from its non-compete clause after the first tranche of the acquisition, subject to regulatory approvals and the joint venture's termination. This agreement enables Allianz to enter new binding agreements in India, aligning with its strategic interests. Bajaj noted that while the Indian insurance sector remains highly competitive, scaling operations continues to be a key challenge. The transaction underscores a structured exit for Allianz while consolidating Bajaj Finserv’s position in the sector. Technically, BAJAJ FINSERV's daily chart shows a strong uptrend with higher highs and higher lows, indicating bullish momentum. The stock is currently trading at ₹1,844.65, facing resistance near ₹1,911.45, a level tested multiple times. A breakout above this could push it toward ₹2,017.30. On the downside, ₹1,799.80 and ₹1,766.50 act as key supports. Moving averages indicate bullish sentiment, with the 9-day EMA (₹1,831.27) above the 70-day EMA (₹1,742.65) and the 100-day EMA (₹1,720.18) acting as dynamic support. RSI at 52.82 suggests neutral momentum, leaving room for further upside if strength sustains. Overall, a consolidation between ₹1,799 – ₹1,911 is likely before the next big move, with a breakout confirming trend direction. I have attached the daily chart for your reference.
