has signed a five‑year Service Level Agreement with Bank of Maharashtra to serve as a Corporate Business Correspondent under the bank’s Financial Inclusion Programme, effective November 4, 2025. The company will establish customer service points and deploy biometric‑supported kiosks and non‑kiosk outlets, providing technology and operations support to deliver basic banking in unbanked and underserved rural, semi‑urban, urban, and metro areas across India. The engagement is a regular, non‑related‑party contract disclosed under SEBI LODR and can be extended by mutual consent, aiming to create secure and convenient touchpoints closer to where customers live and work. The rollout is also planned to scale to about 3,000 touchpoints within 6–9 months in priority states, adding local jobs and incremental revenue as coverage expands.
