reported strong sales growth in Q4 FY25, with revenue rising 108% year-on-year to ₹1,777 crore compared to ₹854 crore last year. However, net profit dropped slightly by 5.5% to ₹272.7 crore from ₹288.8 crore due to lower margins. Operating profit (EBITDA) also dipped to ₹299 crore from ₹316.3 crore, and profit margins fell to 16.83% from 37.04% a year ago.
The company’s board has proposed a final dividend of ₹0.65 per share (₹5 face value), in addition to the ₹4 interim dividend already paid in February. During FY25, Bharat Dynamics also invested in two key defence testing foundations to support future growth. As of December 2024, the government held a 74.93% stake in the company. The stock closed 2.66% higher at ₹1,960.10 on Tuesday, with the results announced after market hours.
