BEL Revenue Beats, Inflows Lag; Breakout Signals Fresh Upside

BEL
a key player in India's strategic electronics space, reported FY25 provisional order inflows of ₹18,715 crore — lower than its guided ₹25,000 crore — triggering a 6% decline on April 2. However, revenue performance remained strong, with a provisional turnover of ₹23,000 crore, up 16% YoY from ₹19,820 crore in FY24, marginally exceeding its 15% growth projection. Export sales stood at $106 million, a 14% increase YoY, and BEL's total order book as of April 1, 2025, is robust at ₹71,650 crore, which includes $359 million worth of export orders. Major wins include BMP II Upgrade, Ashwini Radar, Software Defined Radios, and Multi-Function Radars. From a technical perspective, BEL has staged a decisive breakout above the ₹302.95 resistance zone — visible across both daily and weekly charts. The stock has reclaimed key moving averages (9 EMA, 70 EMA, and 100 EMA), with strong price action backed by volume. The RSI on the daily chart is at 63.31 and trending higher, suggesting continued momentum, while the weekly RSI has rebounded to 56.85, reflecting strength from the ₹271 support zone — coinciding with the 70-week EMA. Immediate resistance lies at ₹320.75 and ₹339.95. If sustained above ₹303, the price structure suggests potential upside toward these levels. Pullbacks toward ₹289–₹292 could offer re-entry opportunities, as long as the ₹271 support remains intact on a closing basis. I have attached the daily and the weekly charts of
