BEL Secures ₹593.22 Cr IAF Contract

has won a ₹593.22 crore contract (excluding taxes) from the Indian Air Force (IAF) for the maintenance of the Akash Missile System, reinforcing its strong position in India’s defence infrastructure. While BEL secured ₹18,715 crore in orders for FY 2025, missing its ₹25,000 crore projection, it successfully closed the year with a ₹23,000 crore provisional turnover delivering 16% YoY growth (vs. ₹19,820 crore in FY 2024) and exceeding its 15% revenue growth target. Additionally, BEL has negotiated future deals worth around ₹5,000 crore, highlighting a robust order pipeline and maintaining its leadership in defence electronics.
