Bharat Dynamics Secures ₹4,362 Crore Defence Order

While details remain undisclosed due to national security reasons, the stock has seen strong momentum, nearing a market capitalisation of ₹50,000 crore. Since its IPO debut in March 2018 at ₹428 per share, Bharat Dynamics has surged over 3x, reflecting growing investor confidence. The broader defence sector is also in focus, with the Defence Acquisition Council recently approving proposals worth ₹54,000 crore, indicating sustained order flow for key players. Technically, Bharat Dynamics (BDL) is showing strong bullish momentum after breaking key resistance levels, supported by the recent ₹4,362 crore order announcement. On the daily chart, the stock is trading above the 9-day EMA (₹1,231.37), 70-day EMA (₹1,167.90), and 100-day EMA (₹1,148.06), confirming an uptrend. It is currently testing resistance near ₹1,354, with the next major resistance at ₹1,497. A breakout above ₹1,354 with volume could push the stock towards ₹1,500+, while support lies at ₹1,289 and ₹1,253. RSI at 68.40 suggests it's nearing overbought territory, hinting at possible consolidation before the next leg up.
