On February 24, its subsidiary Kalyani Powertrain partnered with Nasdaq-listed AMD to develop Made-in-India servers, integrating AMD EPYC processors renowned for energy efficiency, security, and lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). The first EPYC-based server was launched in Pune, Maharashtra, targeting high-growth sectors such as automotive, telecom, cloud computing, and AI. In a further push into India's digital infrastructure, on March 6, Kalyani Powertrain signed a technology licensing agreement with Taiwan’s Compal Electronics to manufacture X86 platform servers domestically, with Compal overseeing production, assembly, and testing. On the defense front, Kalyani Strategic Systems Ltd (KSSL), a 100% subsidiary of Bharat Forge, secured a landmark contract with AM General, USA, at IDEX 2025 in Abu Dhabi, marking the first-ever export of India-made 105mm and 155mm artillery cannons to the U.S..
