announced that it has received a favourable order from the CGST Commissioner (Appeals), Dehradun, which quashed a ₹31.20 crore tax demand relating to FY19 and FY21 under Section 73 of the CGST Act, bringing closure to the case with no financial impact. Despite reporting a net loss of ₹455.4 crore in Q1 FY26 compared to a ₹211 crore loss a year earlier, revenues remained stable at ₹5,486.9 crore.
