Can Fin Homes Partners with IBM India for a ₹297 Crore Tech Upgrade

Can Fin Homes has signed a ₹296.95 crore multi-year deal with IBM India to enhance its core business solutions. The agreement covers loan origination and management systems, collections, document management, and investment processes. IBM will handle implementation for 12 months, followed by a 3-month warranty and nearly six years of support and maintenance. Additionally, there is an optional 2-year extension if both parties agree. This strategic move aligns with Can Fin Homes’ growth, as the company reported a 6% YoY increase in net profit to ₹212 crore in Q3 FY25, while Net Interest Income (NII) grew 4.3% YoY to ₹350.4 crore.
