Capacit'e Infraprojects Wins ₹482 Crore Mumbai Super High-Rise Project, Strengthening Order Book
Capacit'e Infraprojects Ltd has secured a new construction order worth approximately ₹482 crore (excluding taxes and cess) from Twenty-Five Downtown Realty Ltd for the development of Tower T5 at Mahalaxmi, Mumbai. The project involves civil works and civil finishes for a super high-rise tower, covering basements, podiums, clubhouse, service floors, upper floors, penthouses and terrace levels.
The company stated that the contract was awarded in the normal course of business and is not a related-party transaction, with no involvement of its promoters or group companies in the awarding entity. This marks another repeat order from the client, reflecting continued confidence in Capacit'e’s execution capabilities, engineering expertise and track record in delivering complex high-rise developments.
Notably, this follows another major win last month, when the company secured a ₹589 crore order from Ten X Realty East Ltd, a subsidiary of Raymond Realty, for civil core and shell works of 'The Address by GS' project in Wadala, Mumbai. These repeat project wins reinforce Capacit'e Infraprojects' strong position in India's high-rise and super high-rise construction segment while providing healthy visibility for its future execution pipeline.
