CG Power’s Landmark US Data Centre Order

CGPOWER
has secured its largest-ever single contract, a ₹900 crore (approximately $99.2 million) order from Tallgrass Integrated Logistics Solutions LLC in the US for power transformers serving a large data centre project. The deal marks CG Power’s formal entry into the global hyperscale data centre ecosystem, a segment benefiting from structural demand driven by cloud computing, artificial intelligence and broader digital infrastructure growth. The contract is structured as a direct export order, with transformers to be designed, manufactured and tested in India and supplied over a 12–20 month delivery window under FAS Mumbai Port terms in line with Incoterms 2020. The equipment is tailored for high reliability, efficiency and uptime, which are critical operating parameters for hyperscale data centres and support the company’s positioning as a provider of mission-critical grid solutions. Disclaimer: This post is for informational purposes only and not a recommendation to buy or sell any securities.
