Dilip Buildcon JV Secures 100 MW Solar Project from Madhya Pradesh Jal Nigam

, through its joint venture DBL-APMPL (DBL 74% and APMPL 26%), has received a Letter of Acceptance to develop a 100 MW grid-connected solar PV project for Madhya Pradesh Jal Nigam (MPJNM) under captive mode. The ₹2.09 per unit power supply agreement will span 25 years following commissioning, with a 24-month construction period. The project will be built across Ramnagar and Dhanwada villages in Mandsaur district, with MPJNM providing 315 acres of land and contributing ₹31.20 crore for a 26% equity stake. In Q1 FY26, Dilip Buildcon reported a 93.6% YoY rise in consolidated net profit to ₹271 crore, supported by improved margins and a one-time gain of ₹169.3 crore. EBITDA grew 8.7% to ₹520 crore, with margins improving to 19.8%, while revenue declined 16.4% YoY to ₹2,620 crore due to slower EPC activity. The company’s order book stood at ₹13,695 crore as of June 30, 2025, led by mining (28.9%) and roads (17.8%) segments, reflecting continued diversification across sectors.
