DLF sells The Aureva Project for ₹1,985 crore
DLF’s The Aureva luxury retirement project in Gurugram is fully sold out, generating around ₹1,985 crore from 172 residences.
DLF Limited said The Aureva in Sector 63, Gurugram, spread across 4.17 acres, has achieved complete sales. The project has 172 four-bedroom residences with more than 7.5 lakh sq ft of saleable area. Each residence also includes three parking spaces and access to wellness, healthcare and lifestyle facilities.
For DLF, the key point is the value realised from a relatively small 4.17-acre development. At around ₹1,985 crore of sales, the project has generated strong value from its premium positioning and limited inventory. This also supports DLF’s focus on luxury residential projects, where higher realisations can improve the value of new launches even without very large volumes.
My view is positive, but I would not treat the sell-out alone as a reason to chase the stock. The bigger factor to watch is whether DLF can repeat this level of absorption and pricing across upcoming premium launches. With DLF trading at ₹668.80 on October 5, the next trigger is sustained sales momentum and launch performance in Gurugram. A move above ₹680 with strong volume would improve the near-term setup, while ₹650 is an important level to watch on the downside.
My stance: Positive above ₹650, with ₹680 as the next near-term trigger.
