Fundamental and Technical Outlook of Eternal

Fundamental Outlook

ETERNAL
is a diversified consumer internet platform operating across food delivery (Zomato), quick commerce (Blinkit), B2B supply (Hyperpure), and going-out services, making it more of a multi-vertical ecosystem rather than a single business model. Fundamentally, the company is in a high-growth but low-maturity profitability phase. Revenues are expanding strongly driven mainly by Blinkit and overall platform scale, but profits remain volatile due to heavy investments in quick commerce expansion, competition intensity, and margin pressure. Technical Outlook From a multi-timeframe perspective, Eternal is showing early signs of recovery after a corrective phase, but the broader structure is still in a rebuilding stage rather than a confirmed uptrend. On the daily chart, the stock has taken strong support near the ₹220–₹230 zone and bounced sharply towards ₹245–₹250 with bullish candles, indicating improving short-term momentum. However, it is still below recent swing highs, so confirmation is pending above higher resistance levels. On the weekly timeframe, the stock is recovering within a broader rising channel after correcting from ₹450+ levels. The current move appears to be a pullback within the larger structure, with ₹260–₹280 acting as the key zone for trend confirmation. On the monthly chart, the long-term uptrend remains intact structurally, but after a healthy correction, the stock is now stabilizing near trendline support. This suggests early accumulation, though it is still distant from prior highs. Disclaimer: This post is for informational purposes only and not a recommendation to buy or sell any securities.
