Fundamental and Technical outlook of TMCV

Fundamental Outlook Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles is India's leading CV manufacturer with a 35.7% FY26 market share, supported by a diversified portfolio and presence across 40+ countries. The 70,000-unit Indonesia order, Freight Tiger expansion and proposed €3.8 billion Iveco acquisition strengthen growth visibility, while 34% ROE, 35.9% ROCE and 0.44x debt-to-equity reflect strong fundamentals. At 24x P/E, below the industry average, the valuation remains reasonable; however, cyclical CV demand and acquisition execution are key risks. Technical Outlook Daily: The stock has broken above the key ₹446–450 resistance and is now consolidating near ₹480–485, indicating strong buying momentum. ₹446–450 has turned into an important support zone, while ₹490–500 is the immediate resistance area. Weekly: The weekly structure is clearly bullish, with higher highs and higher lows. The breakout above ₹446 is significant, and sustained trading above this level keeps the upside structure intact. A breakout above ₹500 can accelerate momentum toward ₹520–530. Monthly: The monthly chart has turned strongly positive after reclaiming ₹445–450, supported by a strong green candle and healthy volume. The long-term setup remains bullish as long as ₹445 holds. Overall: Bullish bias. Avoid chasing aggressively near ₹490–500; a pullback toward ₹450–465 offers better risk-reward, while a decisive breakout above ₹500 can signal the next leg higher.
