Godrej Properties Achieves Record Plot Sales in Panipat Debut

Launched in December 2025, the 43-acre project along NH-44A covers approximately 8 lakh square feet of saleable area and marks the company's fourth residential plotted township in North India.​ The development features a Mediterranean-themed layout, clubhouse, and premium amenities, capitalizing on Panipat's growth as a residential hub driven by infrastructure enhancements, NH-44 connectivity, and industrial expansion.
