Godrej Properties Targets ₹4,200 Cr Revenue from New Pune Land Acquisition

GODREJPROP
has acquired a 14-acre land parcel in the Kharadi-Wagholi region of Pune, with plans to develop approximately 3.7 million square feet of premium group housing. The project is expected to generate a potential revenue of ₹4,200 crore. The location offers connectivity to schools, hospitals, retail, hospitality, and is near major IT and business hubs as well as the Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj International Airport. This marks the company’s entry into this high-demand micro-market. Separately, the company is aiming for ₹32,500 crore in bookings for FY26, a 20% increase over the previous year, supported by a collection target of ₹21,000 crore compared to ₹17,000 crore in FY25. While the growth targets appear ambitious, they are backed by a strong pipeline and focus on execution. The Pune acquisition fits into the broader strategy of expanding in high-potential urban corridors with strong demand fundamentals. Follow me for more such posts, Thank You!
