Happiest Minds Sees Generative AI Revenue Doubling by FY26, Eyes Strong Multi-Year Growth

The company signed 30 new clients in H1FY26, projected to contribute around $50 million in revenue over the next three to four years, with meaningful ramp-up expected in H2. Management extended its growth visibility to four years, citing consistent double-digit revenue growth targets for FY26. Generative AI projects currently command billing rates 20–25% higher than the company’s average, boosting profitability. In Q1FY26, Happiest Minds reported revenue of ₹573 crore (up 10% YoY) and net profit of ₹65 crore, maintaining operating margins above 17%. With a market cap of around ₹7,900 crore as of October 2025, the company remains focused on scaling AI-led solutions while sustaining margins above 20%, positioning itself as a key player in India’s fast-evolving digital transformation space.
