HCLTech Secures HAESL MRO Transformation Deal

has been chosen by Hong Kong Aero Engine Services Limited (HAESL), a joint venture of Rolls-Royce and HAECO, to upgrade its maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations for aircraft engines. HAESL, which has serviced over 5,500 engines since 1997 with an annual throughput of about 360 engines, will implement HCLTech's iMRO/4 asset management solution integrated with SAP S/4HANA as its core Maintenance Execution System in Hong Kong. This deployment aims to streamline MRO workflows, boost efficiency and scalability, deliver real-time data insights for quicker decisions, optimize resource use, and maintain compliance with international aviation regulations. HCLTech, reporting $14.5 billion in consolidated revenues as of December 2025 and employing over 226,300 people globally, strengthens its aviation footprint through this partnership.
