has secured a major highway construction contract worth ₹3,931 crore from Welspun Enterprises for a project in Maharashtra, highlighting the continued momentum in India’s infrastructure and road development sector.
The project involves the construction of a 6-lane partially elevated highway corridor along with the improvement of the existing Pune–Shirur section of NH-753F, covering a minimum design length of 53.40 km.
This order is part of the larger ₹7,300 crore highway project earlier awarded to Welspun Enterprises, and reflects strong execution opportunities for HG Infra in the transportation infrastructure segment.
The development is expected to strengthen the company’s order book visibility and reinforces the government’s ongoing focus on expanding high-speed road connectivity and improving logistics efficiency across key economic corridors in Maharashtra.
